By accessing or using Path2Adviser ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
What Path2Adviser provides
Path2Adviser provides online mock examination materials to help candidates prepare for CII financial adviser qualifications (R01–R05). All content is:
- Original — written from scratch and not reproduced from CII materials
- For study purposes only — not a guarantee of exam success
- Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII)
CII is a registered trademark of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Path2Adviser has no affiliation with the CII.
Subscription & payment
Access to exam content requires a monthly subscription at £12.99 per month. By subscribing you agree to the following:
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe
- Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- We do not offer refunds for partial months
To cancel, contact us at [email protected] or manage your subscription via Stripe's customer portal.
Permitted use
Your subscription grants you personal, non-transferable access to the platform. You may not:
- Share your login or access with others
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute exam questions or content
- Use the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the platform
Intellectual property
All exam questions, explanations, and content on Path2Adviser are the original work of Path2Adviser and are protected by copyright. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
Disclaimer
Path2Adviser is a revision aid only. We make no guarantee that use of our materials will result in passing any CII examination. Exam syllabuses and question styles may change — always refer to the official CII learning outcomes alongside our materials.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of or reliance on the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
